I am running out of real estate on the belly for the new antenna. There is a lot of area between the rudder peddles and the main spar (where it passes though the fuselage) but the only place to use would be within the center tunnel. I am thinking that with the control cables that pass down that tunnel, it is not the place to put the antenna. Is that a correct thought?
(The next really clear spot is between the rear seats or back in the tail but I don't think the antenna cable should be that long.)
