Hey guys wondering if anyone else has had this issue

My Garmin sl30 radio is quite quiet, the volume knob doesn't seem to change the volume at all. It has been this way ever since I purchased the aircraft, I've never really given it a thought but in starting my ifr training today my instructor even said it's quiet.

I have a Garmin 340 audio panel in the aircraft and a Garmin 430w the radio side of the 430w works perfectly and it's volume knob does adjust the volume of the 430w

But as I said above the volume of the sl30 seems almost "locked" if I turn the volume knob on that radio all I can do is have it either on or off but no change of the actual volume happens

Thanks guys
Eric
