Garmin OBS (attached to 430) failing

It seems like there is a loose wire or some such that's causing the OBS attached to my Garmin 430 to not work. Here's a video I took in flight.

You can see that I am dead on course and I have the CDI set to "GPS" but the OBS is just not working.

Has anyone seen this before? Anyone have an idea of the problem? I'm imagine a loose cable or some such?
