I have a 430W (P/N 011-01060-45) that I got back from Garmin in May after undergoing a full refurb including a new screen. It will come with the fresh 8130 and even still has the protective plastic cover on the screen. I decided to use this as an opportunity to upgrade to an IFD-440, so I have no need (or place) to reinstall this.
It is stickered as a 28V unit, but interestingly, it came out of a 14V Arrow II and was working fine in that installation. After doing some digging, I learned that apparently Garmin converted some of the non-WAAS 28V units to be dual-compatible with both 14V and 28V systems when they were in for the WAAS upgrade. I cannot confirm that is what specifically happened to this unit since I don't have paperwork on it back that far, but that is my hunch. Nonetheless, my recommendation is to verify this will work for your setup if you have a 14V system.
