I'm hoping someone on this board has run into this before and has some advise

We are almost done with my 530w install, during final testing my avionics shop advised me today that the nomenclature lighting on my audio panel isn't working, after further examination it was found to have been wired incorrectly. It's been that way ever since I have owned the aircraft and likely that way since the Garmin stack was first installed by the previous owner

I believe the tech said it was wired for 28v not 14v, they opened the audio panel and said their was evidence a board in the unit that they said controls dimming looked as if it got hot.
They re pinned the connector but the nomenclature still doesn't light up. The button selection lights have always worked and do still work now
They also tried a spare 340 and it works correctly since the re pin of my harness

I wouldn't have thought it possible to burn out the nomenclature lighting with a 14v system even if it was wired for 28v

I'm hoping we can get parts for repair

Anyone have any thoughts?
