Hi All,

I have an Aspen EFD1000 Pro/Garmin 430W equipped PA28 and will be looking to add an autopilot in the near future. I am very intrigued by Garmin's GFC 500 as I have a preference for attitude-based systems. However, from what limited information I can find, it appears as though the 500 will require the G5 and may not be compatible with the Aspen.

Can someone confirm this for me?

Thanks.
