Hi has anybody had a G5 HSI and an AERA660 installed that can help. The avionics guy who installed it in my PA28 said that the STC permitted the two to be connected. At this stage all I get is the compass rose and a bearing pointer. Does anyone know if the CDI can display Course information from the RS232 connection on the AERA660. At the moment I am totally underwhelmed with my new toys.
