Anyone ever mount a Garmin 760 permanently in a Piper? I am thinking about moving my radio stack over to the FO side and putting the 760 where my radios are now....any thoughts?

For that matter.
I mostly fly vfr...(I am an airline pilot and really have no interest in shooting approaches on my day off in my single engine GA airplane) but i will use IFR to get on top. I have a 155 and a 170b. I want to replace the 170b with I guess a used 155 as i cant seem to find anything worth the price to replace it with, and then I would like to add a permanent GPS system without it costing me more then the airplane. I also have an engine monitor already and 2 av30s.

Any thoughts?
