Was reading through one of the service bulletins and it recommended purchasing Piper fuel kit 760-546 to replace the older style fuel selector types and I would like to do that as they, in my opinion, look much cleaner. However, when I submitted a quote online it came back at $1,600 for the kit.

Does the kit include a gold bar with it or something? I would assume it is only the bracket, plastic cover, and red handle. I can get all those components at Texas Air Salvage for about $250.

Anyone that has converted theirs over I would love to hear your input.
