Fuel and Oil Temp Gauge Grounding Issue

The fuel gauge needles of both tanks, and oil temp jumps around intermittently. See video. Always works fine on ground, occasionally have issues in the air.



Attached are pics of front and back. Fuel pressure and oil pressure are direct read, so are unaffected by electrical issues.

I tried wiggling all the connections and nuts on the back and they seem solid. Any tips on how to trace grounding issue? Thank you.
