Flying Car

Just saw a CNN piece on Google about a recent test flight of a flying car in Slovakia. Thinking about the viability of such, the first thing that comes to mind is insurance. What company would be willing to insure, and if so, I would think the premium would be prohibitive. What would be just a fender-bender to an auto would certainly total a flying car due to repair costs and FAA oversight. Am I missing something?
