Has anyone seen, or done a conversion to flush rivets for the leading edges on a Piper wing?

Obviously, not something to do a la carte ($$), but in the event of a major reskinning for some reason, hail damage, accident, etc., wonder if it is actually possible -- not just technically but from a paperwork standpoint?

I was just musing, no application personally.
