Hello Piper pilots. I am planning a cross country trip from FL to attend a wedding in Keystone, Colorado later this summer. I have some mountain flying experience in Idaho, but prefer to land short of the big rocks. I'm thinking we should end flight in Denver area and drive the rest of the way to Keystone. What GA airports in Denver are would be best place to end at? Centennial (KAPA) has been mentioned by some friends.
