Just started training on my 99 II TC and yesterday noticed flaps were slow to deploy (as in 10 seconds before they would even start to deploy, but deployed at correct rate), sometimes not at all and in-transit light not on.

Playing with them on the ground, would not deploy with setting of 10 or 25, would almost always deploy with setting of 40, and would step back up correctly. Assuming this is switch problem and A+P looking at it monday. Just wanted to make sure nothing else to check.
