Hi,

My Cherokee 140B doesn't have any wing walk material on the flap. However, I've seen cherokees where there it is present, and the IPC shows a part number for it.

Am I right thinking that it is safe to step on the flap, but only when fully retracted? My 140 doesn't have the "warning, flap step unsafe" red and white decal either (on the flap leading edge).

Regards,
