fixing a VOR

My VOR (photo attached) is outside the ground check tolerances (10 degrees). Is that easy for an avionics shop to fix? Or is it best to replace the entire unit? Looking for any advice. Many thanks.

(Note: I'd like to keep a VOR in my plane as a backup to GPS.)
