Firewall painting without removing engine?

Im looking to freshen up the engine compartment on my Cherokee 140 and need some advice.I would like to try and paint the firewall without removing my engine. Is there a roll on paint that works/looks nice. I am also looking to paint the inside of my top/ bottom cowling, and am not sure what paint to use. Does anyone has any recommendations for my situation?
