Well, I finally got my 6 home from the avionics shop. It was supposed to be a 2 week stay for G5s and a GNX375. Christmas set us back an extra week, a single part set us back one more week. Then the airport decided to close early for runway resurfacing. Got the requisite 5 days notice, but it was over New years and there was no way to get it out. Fast forward to today. FINALLY picked her up and flew her 170 miles home. LLWS most of the way and 18G29 on departure and 20G30 at the arrival airport made for some interesting flying. But, theres worse weather the next week and both the airports had winds straight down the runway, so we went and got her. She did great on the way home, only issue was A/P wouldn't hold heading bug or track GPSS. Going to get into that with the avionics guys later.

I do have one question for the hive here, I plan to replace the old plastic with some new plastic I have and a new glare shield. However, I'm having a hard time finding replacement lights (pictured below) or how to remove and reuse these. Anyone know anything about these "post light" Panel lights? Theres a brand name on a few of the caps called "Glar-Ban" Any info would be helpful, thanks.
