Has anybody completed the FAA rebate and actually received a check in the mail yet? I was reading that some folks are having issues.

I had a GTX-345 installed in the Warrior a couple of days ago. It was actually an alarming experience to see just how congested the airspace was on the trip home, so starting to wonder what I did without it. I can really see the benefit.

One of the issues I've been hearing about is the validation. I made sure on my trip back I stayed in the Mode C Veil and threw in a couple of 360 turns turns for luck and was lucky enough to have passed the validation on the first attempt and received the elusive incentive code.

Problem I run into was the year of manufacture was missing in the registry. Sent them an email and had a reply within an hour that the change would be updated at midnight. However the FAA ADS-B rebate database is updated weekly on a Monday so they said to try and complete the process again next Tuesday.
