EZ Flap Extension

I saw on Aircraft Spruce this interesting item. It's a flap handle extension. Removes the need to bend over to pull the flap handle, which for me is a problem since it's quite a reach from where my seat is positioned. Anyone have any experience with this part, or know anything about it? The only issue I can see would be climbing into the left-hand seat as it will make it a bit more challenging.
