I have an external power port on the front left of my PA-32R. I tried to use it for the first time this weekend. I have the plug that exposes the + and - for a battery charger. I put a multimeter on the adapter and there was zero volts. I also tried with master power switch turned on. Same thing.

Is there a trick to this? Or maybe did someone hack the wiring?
