I couldn't remember if my ELT 10 battery was due this year or next, then realized I've got a year left, but I happened to price check them anyway. Last year I paid $65 from Spruce (up from $42 the last cycle), now 1 year later the Merl BP-1010 is listed for $130. So heads up if you still have the Narco. At this rate, I might see what kinds of airshow specials are available this year and make the 406 plunge. Note I fly pretty much local area in the mid Atlantic and just haven't pulled the trigger on the upgrade yet.
