Finally getting around to adding a long overdue engine analyzer to my 1978 PA28161. Decided on the EI UBG 16 and wanted to swap it our for the existing loadmeter gauge. I would add the EI volt/ammeter option and also the EI gyro vacuum module.

With the EI now capable of showing volts, amps and vac suction, am I legal to remove the original ammeter and suction gauge as pcitured?

NOTE: My Equipment List shows no equipment code next to the Loadmeter, indicating it is not required equipment. I could not find a reference to the Vacuum Gauge but did locate a Vacuum System Installation entry that also has no equipment code associated with it.
