How are you, or your mechanics, documenting the eddy current inspection? There are certain criteria stated in the service bulletin for the equipment used & the certifications needed to be held by the inspector. My mechanic is waiting on a work order from the inspector that we used so that he can complete his entry in the logs. We're hoping the inspector will provide a statement to the effect that the equipment & his certifications are in compliance with the SB & AD. As of now he has provided me only with a bill that states that he did the inspection but there are no details given. What kind of documentation should I expect to be given? Thanks for any & all responses.
