I need the EASA Type certification number for a PA28-236 in order to produce a Noise Certificate for travel to Mexico.

This is is the only PA28 I can find the number for:

Does EASA.IM.A.234 cover all PA28 models? It does not seem so.

I found this sample noise certificate:
