Dual 750Xi cross talk question

I just had my old 750's swapped out for new 750Xi's. Everything went well except the #2 Navigator will not pick up the flight plan. I have to manually input it. The setup pages show the cross side navigators as good, no issues in the diagnostics for both navigators, and the config modules seemed to work as advertised. The old 750's would both show the flight plan when inputted into the #1 navigator. Any ideas??
