I brought my mother in law home from the doctor yesterday and she received a print out of all the meds she has taken the past fifteen years from doctors other than the one she visited that day. Consider the penalties for filling out and signing a false Form 8500 (listing of medications). With the new electronic medical records system in this country, everything can be authenticated in seconds.
