I have a MidContinent digital clock & USB model MD93. I installed it in 2017. It has apparently died as no digits are displayed and it does not appear to provide output to the 2.1 USBs (breaker is good). There is an internal battery but +/- are soldered (used to retain memory?). Initial cost was $500, so amortized cost was $100/year. Will cost $150 for MidContinent to look at it and $600+ to purchase the latest clock with 3.1 USB output. Not happy.
Looking for others with a history of the same happening, actions taken, and/or suggsted options available.
Thanks in advance.
