My Dakota had happy summer last year. Did cyl2 baffle mod by adding spacers in September. Now this summer OAT 90, single pilot full fuel, climb 1000 fpm, my cht on 4/5 hits 420+ and oil temp reached 232 in first few min of takeoff. 15w-50 on oil, 10 qt. Oil pressure stays constant at 65. Looking at 830 data from last summer, seems I had oil temp at 220 and cht max 400 in take off.

Nothing else seems to have changed and cruise readings get back to normal. 1-2 at 320f, 5-6 at 380. Lop or rop doesn't make much diff. Oil temp in cruise 210. Thoughts??
