So since the factory checklists from piper seemed lacking to me and I'm not looking to pay check mate for theirs I made a template to generate new checklists with. If anyone else wants to use this to make their own feel free.
These were made with OpenOffice, which is freeware, just Google/download it if you don't have it already.

The elements are all in tables so will maintain their formatting despite any changes, just tab through to add new fields and rewrite text, change colors, etc as you see fit. I made this one to fit on a front and back of a standard 8.5x11 page.
If you wanna have someone print them on something more permanent you can export your changes to a PDF with OpenOffice too.
File menu, Export as PDF, check the last 4 option boxes in addition to the defaults, click OK, bring to your local printing/sign shop, that should do it.
