I am a warm (relatively) weather and have read a lot about cold weather conditions but most deal with starting when it is currently really cold. One thing I haven't been able to discern is the cumulative effect of your plane sitting outside on the ramp unused for an extended period and then the weather warming up. I will give a specific example and hopefully someone will have a specific answer. Piper Lance flies to upper middle USA in January from southeast. Temps at home for departure in 50's and 60's. Plane sits outside at destination for one week, temps 40 during day, 30 at night. On day of departure temp is up to 50 degrees by midday. What are the considerations? Thanks.
