Sharing this from events last year:

1998 Toga Turbo flying at 17K ft - very cold; oil temp entered red. After months of grounding, checking/replacing gauges, thermostats, etc., finally came across this Piper 'Service Letter', replacing the winterization plate 'Service Bulletin'. (Both attached.)

Just want to share again, now, after seeing another post alluding to congealing oil.
