Sold Complete set seatbelts PA28-161

I have a complete set of seatbelts and inertial reels from my '78 -161. Most of the belts are in good condition with tags The inertial reels function perfectly, but the shoulder belts are frayed and sometimes bind up on retraction. One plastic shoulder clip is missing, but that's on a rear belt.
