I was reading on another forum that the weather was 500ft ceilings with icing and gusts to 50. Canadian guys, anyone close that can verify that? I can’t understand why anyone would take a PA32-260 into anywhere close to that weather.
I'm reminded of the Colgan crash at Buffalo in which a pilot with lots of experience flying in the USA south encountering IMC in the north which is totally different in that it sticks and makes planes crash.
