I have replaced the throttle quadrant overlay on my 1974 Warrior twice before. I also purchased a paper overlay I didn’t bother using. The last two times were a thin plastic that flexed when my hand moved the throttle with predictable eventual failure.
looking at currently available options for my most recent failure I found one at Knots 2U for $115 including the helpful little mounting screws and nuts. Wasn’t thrilled at the price but I have developed a partial immunity to the rejection impulse. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is heavier plastic material with the inscriptions being routed through the black surface into the white underpayment.
Certainly not a bargain but a purchase I found satisfying.
