What they say is true. We loaded up FOUR bikes and my family of four and flew down to Oceanside. There is a great bike path along the river from the airport to the beach. As a bonus, there is a lot of skydiving activity at that airport and the kids loved watching them come in when we were parking and putting the wheels back on the bikes.
