Cherokee 6 260 throttle quadrant conversion

CFO says it’s time for 6 seats. So, looking at a nice 6/260 upgrading from a 235. The 6 has the old style push throttle, prop, and mixture. I’m wondering how difficult it would be to convert it to a standard Cherokee throttle quadrant? Anyone done it? I’ve looked all over the internet and can’t find much. Any info would be helpful.
