After having my plane in for annual, they had to replace a cylinder that didn't make compression. They redid all the mag timings and did the usual oil change and whatnot. Now I notice after I start the plane and taxi around... the plane seems to vibrate alot more than it used to. It runs smooth above about 1050 ... no issues. Even after a flight and the engine is hot.. it still vibrates at low RPM. Before the annual.. it would vibrate a bit when cold, but after getting hot, it wouldn't do it at low rpm. A different mech checked the engine and said nothing looks loose and all the mounts look fine but suggested maybe the prop needed rebalancing and used the term dynamic balancing. This was something the shop didn't do during annual. Could this be right?
