My 140's stock exhaust needs some attention, and a few new parts. With that in mind, I'm interested in hearing from people who have installed a Power Flow on the early model 140's. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here a couple of starter questions I had in mind. Any other comments or idea or thoughts are more than welcome.

1. Has anyone had any installation issues? parts fit and finish etc.

2. Are there any annual inspection issues? i.e. shroud removal problems, continuing airworthiness, troublesome maintenance procedures.

3. Are there any recurring ADs?

4. Is it a hassle removing the cowling after modification?

5. Any reports on longevity issues?

Thanks in advance for your input.
