My Century II AutoPilot will not fly on the course I have set on my heading bug. It tracks about 15 degrees to the left of the bug. I talked to a tech at the local Avionics shop & he said 80% of the time it ends up to be a bad Attitude Indicator. When I dis-engage the heading bug I need to have the centering control knob set at the 2 O-Clock position to fly straight & level. How difficult is to install a new one? I would like to find the best deal on a rebuilt Attitude Indicator & try to see if it fixes my problem. Any suggestions?
