Hello All!
I recently had new ceiling fabric installed in my pa-28 and when I went to put in a replacement triangle plastic piece one of the nuts started spinning and would not release. I finally took a grinder wheel to the head. I put in the new plastic sans one screw but it's bugging me and I'm kind of anal about fixing it right so...

Does anyone know if the spinning nut is a rivnut or if its a broken nutplate? I want to order the part and tool ahead of time but it would be a lot more convenient to know rather than remove the existing plastic and cut away at the new headliner to find out.

Attached pic for reference.

Thank You!
