Carburetor Icing in a Cherokee

Have you experienced carb icing in a cherokee? I have not noticed carb icing in the 350 hours operating various PA-28s nor in the 300 hours of Cessna 150/172 flying. I'm not saying it doesn't happen. On the Cessnas I always applied carb heat at low RPMs and before landing per POH. On the Pipers I only use carb heat during run-ups.
