I am trying to find out what the torque should be for the nuts that attach the carb to the engine. The torque value is not specifically listed in the service manual. From the Lycoming table of limits and torque values, those bolts are not specifically listed. However, another table of standard torque values (in the same document) says that a 5/16 thread should be torqued to 204 in-lbs (17 ft-lbs). Does this sound correct?
