Hello again,

Apologies for all the newb questions... Does anyone know what this line is? I'm looking at the centre of the picture, where it's bolted by two screws on both sides. I noticed that it's "greasy" and I'm not sure if, once again, this is normal or not. This angle is from beneath the engine bay, if you're looking straight up and your head is right by the nose gear.

It doesn't smell like avgas, I think it's either purposely greased up, some engine oil residue from a leak, or maybe a build up of exhaust? FWIW, my engine oil level has been constant and is burning the usual amount (say 1qt every 25hrs or so).

Just wanted to see if it's any cause of concern or totally normal.
