Break in advice for cylinder replacement

Replacement.

Will soon be the proud owner of a new cylinder - hopefully the last sad act of the dreaded annual from hell. Have the break in procedures for the TSIO360 but was wondering if there's a nuance or two when it's only one of the 6 cylinders.

BTW the cylinder died because the guy who put it on, years before I owned it, used red locktight in the threads of the exhaust lugs. Had to pull the exhaust and one of the lugs sheared. Two different shops initially said they regularly handle such things but failed to extract it. cylinder has 600 hours on it - a real waste.
