Hi,

My Warrior is currently in maintenance for its annual inspection and when removing the round access cover under the wing I noticed a very very small leak of hydraulic (brake) just above the access cover (maybe 1 mL-2 mL).

The rigid lines collected dust over time and have multiple very small surface spots of corrosion.

My mech said we can either cut and replace the part where we think it leaks with unions and clean the rest of the line and apply a corrosion resistant paste or replace the whole line. Looking at all that, it looks like a very difficult task to do since there is little to no space to work.

Also, I couldn't find a part number for the brake line so my guess is this has to be custom made and bent to fit.

Any of you guys ever encounter this situation, or have you ever seen a manual with information regarding the rigid brake line replacement?

Thanks,
