Best merchant to exchange an instrument?

I have a rate of climb with a drooping needle and a yellowed face. The needle adjust screw won't turn to raise the needle.

So I'm looking to change it out for a new or overhauled unit. Send the old one in for a core.

Any ideas who best to deal with?
