Aztec nose gear door end link - sheared off

Went to wash my Aztec today and found that the nose gear door cylinder end link sheared off, it broke between the threaded part that screws into the nose gear door cylinder rod / piston and the bearing end that connects too the gear door closing mechanical linkages.

I'm trying to figure out why it sheared.

Background

We did have all the cylinders re oringed at the annual including the nose gear door cylinder, they were completely removed from the aircraft.

I'm trying to find the part number for the end link. I'm wondering if we don't have the hose routing correct and wondering if this added pressure too the cylinder and prevents the cylinder from pivoting could someone take a picture up under the nose gear door to see the flex hose routing
