I have a GNA-430 driving an Aspen 1000.
Have original AS, AH, Alt as backup.
Recently had vacuum pump die.
Lost AH.
Autopilot was on GPSS.
Started to drift.
In autopilot heading mode, wouldn't hold heading, still drifted.

So, I'm guessing, no matter what, the autopilot takes input from the original AH?

I thought in heading or GPSS mode, that corresponding input would override.
