While picking up the airplane from an Annual this occurred. It was a very cold day when it was picked up and I attributed it to being very cold. Once the run up was done, it was fine. However, now when I go out to the plane, the attitude indicator will not level out for a while until the engine warms up. The instrument will be fine once I get to the Run Up. The vacuum appears to be fine. The A&P did replace a filter on the instrument. Thoughts?
